History of the Shop

"M. Foner's Games Only Emporium" has been a regular stop for gamers in the New Cumberland/ Lemoyne/ Harrisburg area for the past 25 years. Charlie, the owner of That Game Place, was a customer of Mr. Foner's for about 20 years. When Mr. Foner decided to enter semi-retirement, he sold the store to Charlie. Thus was born "That Game Place."

Don't worry, Mr. Foner will still be involved in the Gaming Industry. He is currently designing new games, teaching classes in game design, and he has promised to be a resource to help That Game Place.

Our Vision

Our goal for That Game Place is that it will provide a place where all gamers can walk in and find a product, information about a product, or game related news that they are looking for. In the future we are looking to expand on new ideas in gaming, while keeping a firm grip on our roots: the 'traditional/timeless' games.
